CLARENDON TOWN OFFICES are open to the public during regular business hours.  Please continue to deposit any necessary payments/documents in the drop box located to the west of the Town Clerk Office door if you’re unable to get here during office hours.  Include your name and phone number so we can contact you if necessary.

IMPORTANT COURT INFORMATION:  All traffic infractions (non-Misdemeanor) violations will be handled by mail. 
You do not need to appear on your court date.  You will receive a letter by mail with further instructions.  This letter will be mailed 2-3 weeks after the date the ticket was issued.  Please call, fax or email the court with any questions

For the year 2023, Town Board meetings will be held on the third Tuesday
of every month at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall, 16385 Church Street in
Clarendon, NY.  Additional meetings and public hearings will be published
when set.  The official bank for the Town in 2023 is Five Star Bank and
legal notices will be published in the Westside/Suburban News.
