CLARENDON TOWN OFFICES are open to the public during regular business hours.  Please continue to deposit any necessary payments/documents in the drop box located to the west of the Town Clerk Office door if you’re unable to get here during office hours.  Include your name and phone number so we can contact you if necessary.

IMPORTANT COURT INFORMATION:  All traffic infractions (non-Misdemeanor) violations will be handled by mail. 
You do not need to appear on your court date.  You will receive a letter by mail with further instructions.  This letter will be mailed 2-3 weeks after the date the ticket was issued.  Please call, fax or email the court with any questions

2023 Town of Clarendon COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW SURVEY
The Town of Clarendon is working on an update to our Comprehensive Plan, which is a document that guides and controls future growth and development in the community. Public involvement is an important step in updating the Comprehensive Plan. We would like our resident’s opinions reflected in our Comprehensive Plan. If you would like a copy mailed to you, please contact the Clerk’s office at (585) 638-6371 ext. 100. Please complete the survey and return no later than June 30, 2023.  Completed surveys may be dropped off at the Town Hall during regular business hours, dropped in our drop box located to the west of the Town Clerk office door or returned by mail to Town Clerk, P.O. Box 145, Clarendon, NY 14429.

Clarendon, NY.  Additional meetings and public hearings will be published

legal notices will be published in the Westside/Suburban News.
