TAX INFORMATION
CLARENDON RESIDENTS : January Town & County Taxes are  received in person at the Clarendon Town Hall, Clerk’s Office, 16385 Church Street, or can be mailed to PO Box 145, Clarendon, NY 14429.
Payment is accepted through April 30th during Town Clerk’s regular business hours; as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday  9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday 12:00 Noon – 6:00 PM
Friday  9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday  10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Please make checks payable to “Clarendon Tax Collector”
Fees Charged are as follows:
January   0% ; February   1%;  March   2%; April   3%
Please bring/send your entire statement when making payment.  Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return receipt. Thank you.

The Home Owners Protection Program (HOPP) is designed to ensure that no family in NY ever loses their home because they do not have access to a lawyer or qualified housing counselor.  To be connected with a legal services or housing counseling organization near you, call 1-855-466-3456 or visit homeownerhelpny.org.  A statewide listing by county is also available at the website of the New York State Department of financial Services.
