You may use the following forms of payment. Please be advised that all transactions will be considered a credit, even if a debit/credit card is used. There is a minimum $3 fee or 2.65% of the transaction to pay your bill with a credit card.

If your account number begins with an “A”, you’re in WIBA #10
If your account number begins with a “B”, you’re in WIBA #11
If your account number begins with a “C”, you’re in WIBA #12
